It works like this...

1. Using a secure connection to BPSI, your important files are transferred to our backup vault
2. Notification of the backup status is either emailed or available via our web management system
3. Should you need to recover a file, log in and select the documents/files you need an transfer them back to your computer
4. As an option, we can make periodic images of complete hard drives and store them off-site. If a whole machine needs to be recovered, we'll write your data to a hard drive and send it to you. You'll update the incremental changes via the web management system.
5. Another option is to have our technical team put your data on a DLT/DAT tape or CD and deliver it via courier.
